Wow $299 for that....as much as I hate DeWalt. Is that truly 22" deep? Killer box if so, better than the shallower Milwaukees (except the 60" workbench which is also 22")
According to the pdf specs the top is 16" and the bottom is 15.25" depth wise. Just a heads up.
I was wondering. I figured HD's 22.1" might be including packaging.
My bad, I thought you guys were talking about the 60" bench.Shows 18" overall depth for lower and 17.7" for the upper:

This makes way more sense and makes it a Milwaukee 46" fighter. VERY rare to find a homeowner grade chest 40" wide that's deeper than 18". 22" depth in the smaller widths like this are more tool truck territory.
Hey Thanks we will see if it works out.The 60" Milwaukee upthread. http://m.homedepot.com/p/Milwaukee-...-Back-Wall-Red-and-Black-48-22-8560/206696096
I went on the website, set my store to Buckhead, and the price drops to $349 + $75 shipping. I had to check out as guest, because when I used my account, it changed my store back.
60" bench for $445.20.... I'm in for a cancellation
Was it a yellow sticker that you scanned? If so, never scan the barcode on the sticker. Always scan the box barcodeWhen I went to check out, the computer advised that I needed to wait for an associate when I scanned the bulbs
Exactly. I've never had a penny item not scan. Was it a yellow sticker that you scanned? If so, never scan the barcode on the sticker. Always scan the box barcode
I bought one too. Has anyone's card been charged yet?
Still in pending statusI bought one too. Has anyone's card been charged yet?
In for 60" Milwaukee! Expecting cancellation note tomorrow morning![]()
These will be delivered from the store, not some far off warehouse. Unless you bought several, I would expect all of these to go though. I also bet that the price at this store is changed tomorrow AM. Get your orders in quick!
Has anyone bought the box out of the Buckhead store yet? I was really tempted last week.

Checked two Atlanta stores today, Buckhead and Decatur. Milwaukee top still at 75 and one showed 2 in stock but after searching, only found two assembled sets up front so I assume that was the two tops.
Both of these stores have greatly stepped up their clearance process and put most of it out front.
Did have a employee in the fan and lighting area tell me that any ceiling fan on clearance was half off of the latest clearance price, "they want to move the clearance stuff out of the store" Sadly, nothing I wanted but there were 3-4 different fans, cheapest at $37.
I just got a shipping confirmation on 60" tool chest. Thanks op
went to the local hd to buy one of those 49$ tool chest tops. they were out. some guy showed up yesterday and bought the four that they had. all they had left was the display model (and six or seven bottoms, according to the nice lady that helped me). i asked if she would sell me the display one for 40$, since she didnt have any left to sell. she said sure, and i told her i would got get one of the flat carts, and said she would go get someone to help me lift it. i met him back at the display and he helped me load it, followed me to the register with the sign, since there was no tag on the display unit, explained to the register guy that the manager had authorized selling me the floor model for 40$, and followed me out to the truck to help me load it.
the display one was in great shape, and quite a deal for 40$. it doesn't hurt to ask.
Does anyone know how the .08 pricing structure follows? .08 >.04>.02 or is this final price. The freezer is listed at 50.08 regular price is 149?
I doubt that. That is a huge waste of labor & time to ship to the store to be re-shipped back out. The only time it is going to go through the store, is if you do the express delivery.
Thanks...ive seen the other pricing structure and am familiar with it but with the .08 i was thrown off a bit... clearance pricing going up especially on those items..lolTypically the markdown's go as follows (but obviously not set in stone):
First Round: .00 .06 .04
Second Round: .03 or .02
I would go just based on the original vs sale price. Usually first round is 25% off, and second round is 50%-75% off (or more)... I think it keeps dropping week after week until it pennies out or is sold.
Kind of funny, I noticed in a store where they marked down a bunch of stuff to .03 (the Rust-Oleum Restore junk). Apparently someone bought just about all of it and they just had a couple cans left, well they RAISED the prices on the last 2 cans??? I've never seen that happen before.
Edit. I did get shipping notification. It's shipping from a freight company
