What thickness of foam did you use? I'd love to do this with some of my tools.

57mm and 30mm. I used 57mm on my socket drawer, ratchet drawer, screwdriver drawer, plier drawer and the bottom power tool drawer. I used 30mm for the remainder of drawers.

Also all those bit holders and other boxes you have foamed in your tool box has to have the number of pieces that are inside each one of those boxes and each piece etched.

does anyone have any tips to make nice clean circular cuts for sockets in kaizen foam?

Buy a cheap hole saw set. Take a torch and slightly heat the hole saw and then drill into foam. It will create smooth walls on the cut and then you can just peel it out.

Use a hot knife to smooth out the bottom of the hole.
