What years would these Armstrong labels be from

I snagged about 100 of these, all the same, they have the two different style bags.

Both say Danaher in one way or another. Much smaller print on the right where it says "A Danaher Company" instead of Danaher Tool Group.

I think the blue and white bag is older, you can see the O, IL 60646, that's the Chicago plant that's been closed for years (I got a lot of tools from the last run at the plant). Then there's the number on the bags that may be a date 032405 (3-24-2005) on the black and 122204 (12-22-2004)on the blue.
