Help me identify this air compressor please!

Found this air compressor in the corner of the warehouse and wanting to list it for sale on ebay. I'd like to know what it is and the specs so I can price it accordingly.

Only 2HP motors on that big of a tank... wow... The dual pumps is a nice feature for some applications.

Assuming pumps, motors, dryer, and everything works... I would probably venture a price of $800-$1,000 OBO would be reasonable? Tank is dated 1989 so it's been around the block or two...

Pumps should have ID tags on them, might be hidden by the belt guards though.

Looks like a compressor for a pneumatics HVAC control system they are usally low pressure high volume and the double pumps are just for redundancy. With it being 3 phase motors and probably low pressure not to useful except for pneumatic controls.
