hanging in a rafter bay of my garage today. Took my handy file from Stihl chain sharpener and put it work. Great old tool, guess they have been around forever.

My sister's was jealous they had bought one a few years back and she loves it since they work in the field as arborist's

I've got a Granberg file & joint, and a Granberg Break & Mend. Both good tools that yield great results.
Just bought a Gamn chainsaw sharpener, NIB, but close to 30 years old. Haven't tried it yet, but looks interesting. Predecessor to today's Timberline sharpeners.

Thats quite an old makita. I sharpened one blade tonight will be using it tomorrow to cut up some trees that fell last week. We had 50 mph winds off and on the 2nd.
