Before I try to re invent the wheel..
Is there a product for this..??

My garage is not heated.. and I now use a water based parts cleaner like purple power..
Do they make an antifreeze additive so it won't freeze in the winter..Or am I on my own of trying r.v. type water line anti freeze?
And mix it with the cleaner..
Cause frankly draining it every year and not being able to use it for 3-4 months gets old..

I even thought of maybe a mini solar water heating system to keep it from freezing..
Idea's /options. other than move.. or heat the garage..

I even thought maybe a vehicle block heater.. just not sure how it do with the **** it cleans of the parts being near the block heater unit..

Flush the water out with RV antifreeze. That will keep things from freezing and protect the pump.

I bought a stick on silicone pad heater (block heater) off amazon (15 bucks, 250 watts, it is about 6 by 4 inches and works really well) and a thermostatically controlled outlet (on at 35 degrees, off at 42 degrees, also around 15 bucks off amazon). Keeps it from freezing, if I just want to heat up the cleaning solution I can plug it straight in to the wall. Works better heated of course. The silicone pad just needs a flat area to stick on to.

Or just use solvent, it doesn't freeze.

Do a search on Amazon for bucket heater. There is a lot of stuff out there designed to to keep water from freezing for livestock.
