Hi!:)

My girlfriend tells me that I have to much toys and tools in my garage, maybe this is true, but I think for myself that I have a to small garage...:bounce:

But I try to make more space and just now I was looking on my welding maschines, if I put them on top of each other I am going to have a little more space on the floor.
This is how far I have come for now, the bottom mig is three phase and I have mounted one phase connection on that so I can feed the two other welders that are one phase maschines, I even put a Connection in the front of the middle one just for to plug in grinders etc. This means that I need only to plug in the three phase cable.

Just now I am trying to put on holders for the cables but I have a little more work to do on that.

more to come...

I get the same from my wife , except when I have to fix something around the house and I have the machine to do it , or a spare piece laying around that takes care of the problem . :)

Ones man's trash is another man's treasure..... My wife also thinks most of my "stuff" is track....until she needs something repaired and I "just happen " to have a part or a piece to make it whole again. Nice work Swede!

Nice work. I am lucky I have never had a problem w/ my wife. Even overheard my daughter at age 10 say to her friend, my Dad can fix anything. We will see if this continues when i bring home the lathe kind of like yours I am buying from my brother next week.

Thanks for your kind replies:thumbup:

A small progress happend to day in the garage, I found an old hose hanger and used it for my welding tower.

I cut it in half and fabricated a backside for them with sheet metal, welded the halfes on the sheets and voila! I got two nice thin hangers for the welding cables.

More progress to come ;-)

Great idea, but I'd put on some larger diameter casters. One small stone or hitting a cord and that "tower" is going to topple. Just a thought :)

Hi Swharris!

You are absolutely right about that, I will try to get bigger and harder wheels on it, I got the "Tower" from a friend for free and now I try to see if I can do anyting with it and I Think it will work with some modifications:thumbup:

Hey Jim,

The tower is taking shape, good job and keep the pictures coming for future updates.

Oh, by the way, is that Honda in the back ground a future project?

I have an old F7, 175 Kaw that I am going to be working on once my garage is finished.

Love those old bikes.
