Thank you everyone for all of the nice compliments. A lot of time and effort has gone into every inch of the house and shop. It feels good to know others like it as much as i do!

Pictures of the shop are coming. I promise!

I know everyone loves pictures. I got out in the shop today and did some cleaning up. Starting scrubbing the floor to get ready for the densifier. I can't clean the whole floor on one charge so i stopped and snapped some pictures while the machine was charging. You can see in the pictures the difference between the clean and uncleaned sections. Also took a few pictures of the completed deck and the emergency generator since i hadn't posted those yet. And added a few pictures of the house garage full with a few of my toys.

Wow! Just great! Everything is really neat, looks like your toys found a nice new home! Also liked the heavy equipment line ups!
I'd put the generator up on higher ground though, a concrete pad couple of feet high or some metal framing, just to be safe in case of flooding. You'd want basement pumps up and running seamlessly... generators also have the awful tendency to be stolen in my area...
What about the shooting range in the backwoods? Have you built something like a booth or targets or something like that or you just shoot at cans in the open?

Thank you. I don't have to worry about any flooding. I'm not near any flood zones and the house is on a hill about 15' above everything else. I put two sump pumps in (one required by code) more for if a pipe was to break inside the house. The basements walls are sealed on the inside and outside obviously. Groundwater isn't an issue either.

The shooting range hasn't been high on the priority list but ill build a few frames to hang targets from for now. Waiting for some nice weather again to get a lot of the spring clean up work done outside.

Looks awesome!
Thank you!

Daaaayyyyymmmm..........NICE!!!
Thank you!

I will say it again, that is one incredible set up.

What size generator you have, and are you able to run the whole compound on the back-up generator?? I also see you're a phils fan; good to see another fan out there with a strong will to stick with a difficult team...

That looks great, you have done well for yourself, lots of hard work, thought, and time went into it and you can now say it is your place to do with as you please.

Thank you! The generator is a 22KW. I have a 400A service for the house. The meter has double lugs. One lug feeds a 200A panel mounted directly behind it. The second lug feeds the Automatic Transfers switch which feeds a separate 200A panel mounted directly behind that. The Main panel for the house is the one fed off the transfer switch. I ran a 100A sub panel into the shop and two other 100A sub panels in the house off of the main service. One in the basement mechanical room and one in the second floor mechanical room. Since the house is 85' from one end to the other it cut down on wiring significantly and made more room in the main panel. There are a few non essential things in the other 200A service which won't run on the backup generator like my ovens, Washer, Dryer, and some electrical outlets. Everything is LED so it draws very little electricity. So yes i can run mostly everything on the backup generator.

Haha I was trying to see what school/team was on the board and I couldn't tell.
Its Phillies on one board and Eagles on the other.

Just read through the whole thread. Great place you built there. You should be proud to call it home. Go Eagles!

Are you gonna get that duck blind built on the pond before next season so you can knock 'em down?

Got my air hose reels hung after a run to the parts store for some 3/8" swivels. I wasn't happy with the yellow whips so i got some automotive wire loom wrap and cover them up and secured them to the PVC board with a two hole strap. I think they turned out nice.

Going to work on finishing the floor this weekend. I took a little vacation last weekend!

Re: HemiRamOn22s Shop (40'x80') & House Build!!

What air system did you use? Do you bolt those connections on?

Should be 70 here too (just across the bay).

I wish my 2013 Jeep SRT had that much space to rest. I am totally envious!

Mine is stuffed in a 20" deep by 18'9" garage with a 2014 impala and I am hating life. But at least my Exhaust tips are bigger!!!:D

After thinking about it....I think that if I had just kept my 2006 srt jeep, maybe I could have been able to afford a nice garage like that....FML:mad:

These darned SRT's are some kind of addiction though!

LOL!! the Jeep is like 16'......that damn impala is like 17' though. I should have stayed in my old duplex home. It had a three car garage that was 34' wide by 24' deep. It was too small for the family though and had a tiny yard. :dunno:

It is the 3/4" Maxline RapidAir Kit. Model M7500 sold by Norhern Tool. I ran it behind the wall but some choose to run it on the outside. The Whip and Reels are sold separate.

lol Not to mention look much cooler with the center exit!!:3gears::eyecrazy:

Yeah, I do recall my 2006 being faster but you cannot beat the vast amounts of extra space in the interior, the much nicer interior and the utility of being able to actually tow with it. I may just buy another WK1 as a toy but I love my WK2. I dont really miss the center mounted exhaust.

I only wish I had the 8 speed like the 2014 and up have.

EDIT>>>>>I remembered something else that was better about the WK1, I cannot stand the metallic black that they use. My 06 was sooooooooo **** with the regular old black paint. I Loved how it looked for all of 15 minutes after it was washed.....Then the dust attacked it and it was dirty again

Sure does! The interior of the 2012+ is very nice but the 06-10 is just a mean muscle car!

The 8 speed is very nice. My buddy had a 2014 SRT for a little while and i rode in it a few times. I have the 8 speed in my 2014 Ram. I love it.

I got the shop all cleaned up and was able to get the floor done this week. Sprayed it with a densifier. Then cleaned it two more times. I sprayed the stuff on with a garden sprayer. Used just a little over 6 gallons to do 3,600 S.F. I plan on moving everything out of the house garage back to the shop and doing the house garage this weekend. Here are some pictures.

It turned out good. Floor looks almost identical except its probably a little bit darker in color. I cleaned the floor 2 more times after i applied the densifier and it definitely cleaned up easier. The more you clean it, the better it gets. Ill see how well it holds up. Im doing my house garage as we speak. Probably going to spray it first thing in the morning.

Happy Easter Everyone!!

House garage is densified for right now. Ill probably do some Racedeck later on. Finally cut the grass for the first time last week. Hope to get my irrigation turned on this week and make sure all of the heads are in working order and start topsoiling 1,200 feet of driveway and a few areas in the yard that have settled. Grade everything out and seed it. I have a lot of work ahead!
