They had it for $59 @ CPO.

Also, I found a couple of M18 lantern / floodlights at HD for $72.00. That "zero" at the end caught my attention, but was reluctant to take to self-checkout for a price-check.

They also had an SDS Rotary Hammer (Milwaukee M18) on clearance for $66.00. I should have done a price check on that as well. Oh well. :lol_hitti

Warm deal at the HD in Rockwall, TX. Milwaukee 2362 M12 LED lantern/floodlight for $49. Cheaper than Amazon or Tooltopia. YMMV.

For that price I'd of picked up everything they had. Great for fathers day gifts, glove box, kitchen drawer tool.

I debated buying a couple to keep on hand for gifts like you mentioned but forgot to stop and grab them on my way out. If it was a local store I would be going back for them.

Couple of mediocre deal today between my 2 local stores.

Bosch miter saw was $389 as others have posted (didn't need to attach picture since there are a few in previous posts)

Thought these were voodoo but rang up as marked

Husky 200 piece tool sets dropped to $25.02 and the Bosch laser measures are down to $7.52.

There were plenty in the Atlanta area, some hidden, some stores with 0 count but 5-6 visible in the overheads. The day the price dropped, I went to grab several as gifts and possible flips, not a single one to be found :headscrat My local store had 4 @$50 at 8:50pm the night before, 0 at 8 am when they hit $25. Wondering if those Jeep driving guys cleaned them out??? :3gears:

Also ran into a guy waiting to use the PCA after I was finished. We chatted and he told me that he drives for uber/lyft as a means to get paid for driving to the various HD/Lowes in the 100mile metro Atlanta Area and manages to hit nearly every store on a weekly basis. He claimed he was making about twice his Uber income by reselling HD clearance items, but that might not mean much or he might make a few grand a week. He had a spreadsheet on his ipad :scared: but then clammed up when I asked where he was seeing the deals, getting info etc.

Wasn't me. What did he look like and I'll keep an eye out? I go to some of my stores once a day but may not necessarily go after the same things.

I had a frustrating search for the Bosch miter saw. I looked at the computer at one store and saw that another local store has 2 in stock. Price was listed at $289 at the non-stock store (on the computer). Upon arriving at the other store, and with 3 people looking, we could not find the miter saws, and after almost an hour, and a snow storm coming, I gave up. When I walked out, I looked to see if anyone else had the saw in stock, and then noticed that the price was now $649, I really thought when I looked it up on my phone on the way to the in stock location, it was $289. I asked the tool guy how much he had it listed for on his phone, $679. Ugh, wasted an hour of my time. There wasn't even a display out for the saw, and when they looked them up, they had "no home." How could they even sell something that they don't have a display out for, and that they can't even find?!!!

4 cents. I call this a slump buster. Have been out of the game for awhile.

These are actually decent little stackable boxes

Funny thing. The tool guy offered to help me look for some stuff that showed inventory, but was nowhere to be found. We even found a few things together. He asked me several times if I was from another store. Things got interesting when I asked about that 200pc. set. He immediately went straight to the cage behind the pro desk and pulled out 3 of the 4 they were supposed to have. He said that's all that was back there. I didn't press. Gotta wonder if I'd have gotten those 3, if he didn't suspect I was from another store though.

I found the "no home" thing one time looking for a rolling magnet (picking up roofing nails). Even the mobile website showed no home. Three guys and me looking. They were slid between an end cap and the aisle shelves in the tool section. OTOH it was only the 3 of 8 supposedly in stock.

I stopped at my local store on the way home last night, looking for the price to drop on the 36" Dewalt lower toolbox they've had sitting on the floor for months. No luck there (still $299) but I did score a dozen of the bins below for $3.40ea. That was enough to make my night.

Here's a couple things I saw last night.

Yeah 7 1/4 blade, but I was surprised at the capacity. It says it'll cut up to a 2x8, but I cut a 2x10 easily. Great for quick jobs without lugging around the big one. The height of the cut is where it lacks, but it'll cut 3 1/4 base/crown and a 2x4 standing up so it'll work 90% of the time.

Great too know. Is it only using battery? Or 120v also works? I will stop by local hd, wonder if my Camry can load this saw package

It runs on their 20v line only. Comes with 1 4ah battery and charger. Was hoping for a 5ah, but nope. No 120 option at all.

It should fit in a Camry no problem as it's really small. Good luck!

i have always wondered why none of these vendors have ever offered a "plug in battery adapter", a battery case with a cord attached to allow you to run the tool off the wall when it is convenient. it seems that these battery packs should have enough room in them for the size transformer they would need . . . .

i certainly though about playing around with this when one of my batteries went dead in a previous tool system i had. never got around to it, though . . . . . .
