Why did you go with the different ceiling heights? 10ft is pretty low for a shop. It looks like its going to be a nice build though, I'm looking forward to seeing how you build it out.

There is nothing more enjoyable than building in 17 degree weather
with snow on the ground.

The taller side is getting a lift in the future and it will be used for dirty work
the larger side will be used for clean work and parking.

You will get a nice sense of relief, first when the roof is on, and next when its finally closed in :) I also framed thru the winter but it was coincidentally warmer that year. I like the look from the outside.

Are you planning to have heat out there?

I'm building a 40' x 50' in Athol. We got the roof on in November and siding in early December and stopped work when it went dead cold and miserable. I started working again yesterday. I live North of Sandpoint so it's 48 miles one way... no fun anymore. We're moving there once we sell out where we are now.

Good luck on your builds guys!!

Athol. I hope you have a good well. I've sure heard of some horror stories of wells up to 1,000 feet deep and no water. By the way...... Hello neighbor! :) I'm just off Clagstone toad!
