Need Help Identifying an Old Wrench

This wrench was part of a lot I got at a farm auction but I have no idea what it is for. Anyone know what this is?

Only that it begins with an "O", the rest is filled in with corrosion.

Oxweld is the name. Seen about a bazillion of those. I assume they went to a torch. Still have my grandfather's somewhere.

Thanks, Yes I think I can make out Oxweld; this thing looks vaguely familiar like I have seen one before but its bugging me. Now I can at least start researching Oxweld.

That makes sense, it is a welding torch/cylinder wrench.
