Hello from illinois.
Finally joined. Been looking on this forum for quite some time. Past is catching up with me. Worked for Yamaha in Dallas in the early 80s. Grew up in a time when high school & Friday nights were all about friends n cool cars. Sold all my stuff when I got married. 30 years later and 4 grown kids bout gone, I'm searching and buying it back and setting up my shop/ garage. Start'n to wrench on my own stuff/toys.
Thanks to all you guys & what you are doing here. It's become my "go to" for tips and ideas on Snap-on boxes & tools, bench grinders, buffers, benches, flooring, storage, and more. Buying mainly older, even vintage items (not junk) on offer up, CL, marketplace, etc.
Will post garage pics as soon as I figure out how.

RB4: welcome to the group and good to have another positive person join our group.

best of luck with all the tool and stuff purchases and finding the spots to put them so you can find them.

you'll find me mostly in the vintage tools sections, but i tend to get around cause currently i have 6 SATURDAYS & a SUNDAY every week to use as i choose to. not fully retired and probably busier these days organizing and fixing our old home than when i was working full time and GJ is what makes my day cause i learn something every time i log on.
