not Sherwin Williams...they offer a product to meet the needs of their commercial customers which by and large are painters of vertical surfaces. Not floors.
The product you seek, will depend on your needs. Garage Journal = garage of some sort?
Working every day, commercial work with a few bays, numerous bays, fabrication, welding, dragging material across the floor regularly, wet locations, body shop, marine applications, etc....all of this will determine which product is best and most durable on the market.
All epoxy product excel at something, often least initial cost of materials, others at specific applications. There are several vendors on this Journal with superior products and even better support on those products to help you get the best product for your needs.

For a non slip broadcast we've always used silica sand , which is cheap .I have read here on GJ that a quartz floor like you describe requires 1# of quartz per square foot.

A quartz or sanded floor would be the most durable coating type system you could install. Quartz floors are expensive with materials alone pushing $4.00 per sq foot.
Take a look at our FH heavy equipment firehouse floor system. Materials around $2.00 per sq foot.
