Technical Name of an item

OK guys, I know exactly what I am looking for, I just don't know the correct name to be able to locate it at an on line such as MSC or McMaster. I am looking for a stud with left hand threads on one side, right hand on the other aprox 4 inches in overall length with a nut in the middle for adjustment. Looking for 1/2 - 13 thread.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I had to look this next name up because I didn't exactly remember, but
Bottle screw is the Archaic (or maybe nautical, I don't remember which) term.

If the thread is the same direction all the way through:
Barrel nut.

I run into the same problem often. It's hard to describe the item you are looking for when you don't know what it is called. You did good.
