Hi,
If you want to use a clear on the floor you must use a special UV inhibited non yellowing epoxy and then clear topcoat (All true epoxies can yellow from UV if not protected). Clear primer is strongly recommended so this system could end up costing in the $1.25/sq ft range.
A less expensive option would be to use our clear SPGX, fleck into it, and then a second coat to topcoat it. About $1.00/ft and only two applications instead of three.

The Rust-Oleum Professional will amber over time.
Had a meeting with local concrete supply house. They propose have the slab "rough" finished and use Zeraus EPO Klear product with two coats. Cost is way less than most store bought products I have checked. $1200 can buys a 1500 ft2 kit that does two coats.

What prep to concrete is needed? It's 1.5 years old.
