Very true. In many situations, if you don't even TRY to negotiate downward, the seller gets the idea he was asking too LITTLE and might turn reluctant to sell at all. :dunno:

Tried to make a deal with him, and he isn't interested in dealing. He is stuck at the $800 amount that he has it on eBay, and doesn't care or even understand how much eBay is going to take from him in fees.

maybe he assumes that a rousing bidding war will start, and he will make money on it.

personally, i find it distasteful that he has a craftsman sticker on it, but doesn't mention that it is a HF US General box. sure, in the images he has the tags, but some people will just gloss over that, thinking it is a craftsman box.

Of course! I was basing my guess on that 17 1/4 chalk mark which I assumed was the diameter. That thing is one massive chunk of steel. ;)

Selling my Artic Silver Toolwagon (KRLP1023PKS). I've had it a little over a year now and just don't have the room for it anymore. It comes with the bulk overhead cabinet (KRL7425PKS), 2 extra locker drawers, extra drawer dividers, toolbox cover, removable middle drawer tray (pic 16). Inside the hutch you have a stainless steel top, power strip, fluorescent lighting, and removable screwdriver holder. Overall the box is in great condition, there are a couple very minor scratches but is completely dent free. With the overhead cabinet the box is 7'-4" tall, 10'-1" Long, and 3' deep (at the tires). I hope I am wrong but...
Not too long ago there was a scammer in my area that listed nice drill presses for super cheap prices. If you chase down that Phoenix deal for a "you ****" deal on a sweet DP, just be SUPER CAREFUL and don't waste a lot of time.
