The M-series you see pictured is no longer in production, Losvre. The new 100% USA-production model is still in pre-production and is bound to cost 2x as much; I probably will not carry it.

There is also an "assembled in USA" model with Swiss, Polish, and US parts, but I'm not yet stocking that model.

The people who bought the pictured M-series got a great gauge. Wish I had bought 500 of them!

I bought a new M series gauge last year. An email from Meiser told me they are 100% USA made and assembled.

No, it wasn't cheap. Yes, it is awesome. There was only one obscure US distributor at that time, and fortunately they were local to me.

Yep, that is the new one. I had a prototype, and production is starting up. An Amazon seller is handling them for now. In truth, the wholesale price is so high I would not want to carry inventory.

The gauge is more accurate, I believe. The one I had jumped close to pressure then slowly settled a little higher, to actual pressure.

Nice one!!!

Is it possible to take the hose off and use it without it (even with some connector)?

I have also tried to buy one but no one ships outside USA. Not sure where their sales come from.

I would imagine it is, but I am not home where my tools are right now. I will try to remember to take a look. They have 3 ends available, but they all have a hose. I got the angled swivel, they also have straight and 90*. Couldn't find one without a hose at the time. I've found that I really like it, especially for letting air out of tires.

It is a very nice, well made, accurate tool. It took a little getting used to for me because it uses a bourdon tube, so the reading is not instantaneous. It takes probably 3 seconds to fully reach and display the true pressure. IIRC, they also do any recalibrations/repairs for something like $3, to cover the shipping. I'm happy.
