Questions about a toolbox

Not sure where this is supposed to go but here we go. I have a Snap-On toolbox and for the life of me can not remember what model it is BUT have no fear I have a picture

was wondering if anyone can answer this for me.

Look on the back upper corners. Usually a printed label or model and paint code stamped into back
