Lithonia T5 lights from Home Depot, problem

I bought 4 of the T5 Lithonia lights from Home Depot, they have 4 bulbs.
My last light installed won't light all 4 lights. 2 of the bulbs work fine. The other 2 light but barely. I switched bulbs around, makes no difference.

The weird thing is that bulb spot worked OK when I did a temporary test before taping the wire nuts and putting in the metal center piece that covers the wires. The bulb that now won't light worked on the temporary test.

Any suggestions? What should I look for? I hate to have to mess with taking down the light and going back to the store for exchange. The good thing is that I still have the box it came in.

Thanks for your ideas!!!

These lights are really bright and screwed right to the ceiling, no chains.

I will check connections. I only checked bulb in one location, not all 4. I will check. I used 12 gauge THWN wire for the ground. Seems like overkill when looking at how small the wires with the unit are.

Thanks for your help!! Not sure what connections are there but just seemed pretty weird.

Can you take "known good" bulbs from another fixture and put them in the questionable fixture? Can you take the bulbs from the questionable fixture and put them in a "known good" fixture? That would eliminate some of the possible unknowns.

I had good bulbs from same fixture and moved them to the bad spot. No change, still will not light. I have not yet taken good bulbs from another fixture and moved to bad spot in questionable fixture.

Thanks!!
