acme has several good deals currently:
free 6AH M12 battery with select tools. i bought the 2520-20 fuel hackzall, got the free battery. (at the time, there was also a 10% off sale going on, which is now over, but they allowed me to stack the deals.)
they also have the same deal that CPO has for buying two bare tools, and getting a contractors bag with either two 5AH batteries, or a 9AH starter kit (which includes one of the new chargers). i have been waiting on CPO to get the 2861 mid-torque in since this deal appeared, but they have not so far. acme got the deal, and had the 2861 in stock, so i bought two, and got two 5AH batteries. i'll give one 2861 to my recently graduated son, along with the two batteries to use on it, for his graduation present.
here is the acme page that has all the stuff. if you want to verify the contents of the "free kits" just search for BAREKIT1 or BAREKIT2 for details:

i have been waiting for a "better deal" on the mid torques. when acme did the 10% off early in may, i thought about it, but decided i wanted the tool below 150$, so i held off. getting the two batteries, which seem to go on ebay for above 60$ each, is a fair tradeoff (which is, of course, why milwaukee does it)

I will be patient and get me a kit at $120-150
