I'm excited to finally be one step closer to having AC. I built the shop (24x42) a year ago with AC as my goal, did closed cell spray foam and OSB walls. Ordered a 24k DIY mini split for the main shop. The addition for the Dyno won't have AC due to the massive heat build up when dyno'ing cars and plus having to get rid of the exhaust AC would be a losing battle.

What kind did you get? A/C in the shop is cool to have. In Arizona a must have. You go with an Inverter type? 115 or 220?

It's going to be 105F tomorrow, heat index 110F+. AZ got nutin' on TX this weekend. Although I'll give AZ the 120s. But "it's a dry heat" right? Just had a big storm last night, so no dry heat here.

Where did you order it from as I don't see any major retailer has them in stock in the 24k?

You had better have some BIG exhaust fans and really big low restriction mufflers !

Point both of then straight up and your neighbors will have lee noise. Don't forget some kind of rain caps for both.
