My Buddy gave me this new shop vac / filtration unit.
Its has variable speed and a decent filtration system. It was originally intended for a commercial body shop. Anybody know what the Yellow air compressor line that is integrated into the vac line is used for??
There is a 1/4 air line fitting on the back of the unit and 2 on the control panel. maybe for filtering air to a sprayer? Apparently this is a higher end unit...

The Altos are excellent units very quiet. The yellow hose is a connection for a sander. This hose is for a vacuum assist sander.

The two ports on the control panel is air & air out (connects to the yellow hose).
