I'm looking for a Herbrand ratchet

I've only seen one and it can't be found anywhere online far as I know.

It may have been from the **** end of the brand's existence but not sure. Frankly, I can't entirely remember what it looks like.

- not a round head
-not the speed ratchets
-not the old pear head with the slide button
-not the old pear head with the regular lever or longer lever
-not the knurled handle pear head that also came in Bonney/Bon E Con/Dayton
-not like the 1/4 pear head I have with the Canada era Herbrand logo and no COO

That's about the best I can do without adding a bunch of pictures.
Anybody have this mysterious ratchet?

Nope, not the bullet handle but thanks guys. Totally different head. This had a sleek look to it, and I would bet not many made. The example I saw was like mint.

Seriously, I only remember seeing it once. It came up on EBay some years back and i didn't bid for some reason. Didn't sell for a whole lot either IIRC. It may have been a 1/2" but I'm having trouble remembering exactly what the head was like. Perhaps like the Bonney/ Bon e con version if you know the one I mean, yet different handle.

One of those rare birds I guess.

Ahh the great white buffalo (the one that got away). Mine is the Hinsdale with the round head and bubble selector. Craftsman had an identical one.

I don't have that one. What's sad is I'm pretty sure I did have one in my hands at least once years ago at the flea market or somewhere. I remember playing around with the socket button. I must have thought it was broken or something.

The price, that's just crazy though.

Did they make a variation of that 4th one down? That's the closest to what I'm picturing but I swear it had a different handle. A bit more stylish looking.

Any chance it may have somewhat resembled the Bonny's below, at least the grip portion? I have a couple other Bonney-sourced round heads for Vlchek and W-W (??) with that grip shape and a very plain beam. Haven't seen it (yet) on anything other than a round head though.

I have a pretty good photographic memory, but this was I don't know how many years ago and only showed up once so can't quite picture it.

I want to say it was more like this Blackhawk, but I could be way off.

Herbrand. See above for best description. All I can say is I know ratchets better than anything else in tools. Pretty sure I didn't imagine it, that's why I was hoping someone could verify with an example of what I vaguely remember.
