Bought a metric 1/2" deep well socket set from HF last year and have been very pleased with it other than it does not go past 19mm. Does anyone make a "large size" set that would go from 21mm to 27mm? I know I could piece it together, but figured maybe someone makes a set that would save $$$ over that.

Thanks@

In my world, I would only ever need 1/2" sockets starting at 17mm and going up to 36mm. I don't know why they insist on going all the way down to 10mm. Way too much overlap. Nonetheless, my solution was just to piece together a set over time starting with the Sunex metric shallow master set, then the SAE shallow master set and then the SAE and metric deep master set. I don't get deep sockets up to 36mm and 1 1/2" but there are axle nut kits and large size fractional sets to fill that void. There are very few skips in the Sunex kits and hat they skip is pretty logical all told.

Thanks guys!
I should've been more specific...I don't need impact ones.
Price point wise, I think I'd be more in the Tekton, Gearwrench range, as much as I'd like to have the SK set.

Very few budget tool lines offer six point chrome 1/2 drive deep sockets in the larger sizes. The Toptul set linked on ebay is the exception and is really a great deal.

However, if I'm using a socket that size, it's usually on the end of an impact wrench, & space usually isn't a factor so, impact sockets make more sense to me in the larger sizes.

I have Tekton and Klutch (Northern Tool) 1/2" chrome from 10-32mm. I can recommend both but the Tekton are probably a little bit better. Neither has a set that is just the large sizes in 6 point so just buy them individually.

I was fortunate to pick up the Tekton set during the Father's day sale. A ridiculous number of sockets for $160 and perfect for the road box.

I have a 1/4 TopTul ratchet I bought on ebay and I don't like it and never used it. I think it feels cheap and don't like the round head but it's the facom design and the handle is decent it just has bad back drag and the satin finish is the biggest killer for me. The sockets I'm sure are better I just don't have any as I have all snap on, Wright,Williams and sk and lots of dupes so buying more sockets are not possible my box is crammed.
