Lost craftsman ball detent.

Hey guys. I have a couple USA made craftsman (3/8 & 1/2) wrenches with missing ball detents which keeps the right/left lever from moving. Does anybody know what size the ball is or where I can find a replacement? Thanks

Here are the ball diameters:

1/4" - 3/32"
3/8" - 3.5mm
1/2" - 4.5mm

I don't know of a good source off-hand, but google should help you out.
