I am looking for some automotive 6-groove K pulleys to modify for use on woodworking machines. I haven't found a way to search for them by size, only by vehicle model. Right now I am trying to find a pulley about 3" for the motor on my drill press and one about 4.5" for the spindle (VFD control). I might be able to go as large as 6" on the spindle and a 4" on the motor. Seems like fan and AC pulleys are typically around 6". Any place on the Internet to search by size?

Just to be clear, I want to search K pulleys by number of grooves and diameter, but then I want to know the part number or what vehicle it is used on so I can then find it on eBay or other places.

Crickets here. Been looking some more, looks like these sizes are available in supercharger pulleys (small one) and water pump pulleys (large one).

Autowrecker hunting would probably be the most productive. Ford from the late 80's up used 6 groove pulleys front and rear drive vehicles. No idea if they are a "K" pulley though.
I think you might be hard pressed to find a comprehensive listing of pulleys. When I was looking for various diameter alternator pulleys, everything was only listed by original application, no oem part numbers to go with it. Going out an measuring was the easiest.

X2, should be able to find an alternator pulley for your smaller one, and maybe a PS pump pulley for the larger.

Might poke around Dorman's site http://www.dormanproducts.com/p-23838-300-101.aspx?origin=keyword They list a bunch of pulleys, and if you click on them gives dimensions and applications.
