What is this fastener, where can I get more?

This fastener is on the ramp door of my enclosed car hauler. Its used to hold the bolts that hold the ramp door handles to the outside of the trailer. The fasteners are on the inside of the trailer.

They appear to be some kind of blind nut with a long thread and are held by a large Torx wrench during tightening.

Sorry the picture isn't very good. They are pretty big.

I've Googled and Googled and haven't found anything close.

Are you asking what type of head the fastener in the picture is? That's tamper proof torx. If you're referring to the other side a photo would help

Torx head bolt with 1/4" national course threads. Most likely stainless if used in conjunction with aluminum. the bit size it T-30.

*** bolts/ barrel nuts. I have seen them used to atatch commercial door closers to steel doors
