MAC XR8 Parts Help Needed

Guys

I have a very nice MAC XR8 3/8 pearhead ratchet - nice, that is, except for the missing selector lever and cover screw (I have 1, 1 is missing).

I called MAC today and was told that that ratchet was replaced this year, and that they do not have any parts available.

Do any of you guys have any spare parts (or a trashed ratchet) laying around?

The people you talked to are major idiots. The ratchet is still in production; although it's now called the XR8K. Get the kit for that ratchet and it'll drop right in yours.

Just spoke to a VERY nice young lady at MAC

I asked for a XR8K repair kit - they are sending me one free of charge, and the ratchet is a lifetime guaranteed item.

By the way, I was told that the repair kit also includes new screws as well as a new selector lever!
