That's a great price, lowest it's ever been.
I bought one in December when there was a $15 coupon. Total was $90 + tax.
It's a great performer, small size and great power.

Argh! Yes, I too need to stay out of this forum. OTOH I bought one and it is impressive - very compact and surprisingly powerful.

They also have a coupon going for their air ratchets. $15 off I think. Haven't had a chance to use my impact yet. I'm planning on giving her a go on Sunday. It'll be a nice addition.

I have the Aircat 805 HT in 3/8 and it has been awesome this far. I've had it for around 10 months or so. Just have to be careful because it will smash your hand with a little over 100 ft lbs of torque

Well, it looks like I got a bad one. No power at all. I can stop a socket with my free hand.

Look around at some of the other Aircat impact wrenches on Amazon. There are 15% off instant coupons on quite a few of them.

Really could have used this the other day. So I bought one and won't be cursing the next time I need a stubby. For those of you interested in the protective boot, there are a few left on eBay for $14 with free shipping.

Thanks for the heads up, I didn't see these when I was looking a few days ago. Cheapest I could find was $25

Be cautious of those used Aircat 1055's on Amazon. The one I received would spin, but died with any load. Returned it promptly.

Yes, but it won’t run it long before you have to wait for it to build air again. A few seconds at most. What’s the CFM at 90 PSI on your compressor?

Would this thing work at all, for things such as removing lug nuts, with a 6 gallon pancake compressor? Max PSI for my compressor is 150.

Gonna say no. You'll get 1 or 2 seconds of usable air before it dies off. After that it becomes a screw-gun, it will spin, but there will be no torque.
