My sister purchased a new to her house last year. The driveway had settled really bad so I call a company called Slabjack Geotechnical.

Here are a couple pictures of the before and after. I will try to get a better after picture but I'm really impressed. Now we'll see if it holds up, they do have a 5 year guarantee.

Here’s the web site. https://www.slabjackgeotechnical.com/

Your problem was in the middle of the slab.
Perfect for mud jacking.

The thing to remember about his process is that it assumes that the "path of least resistance" is up.
So the force they put on the slab will raise it.

I have seen occasions where the process will "blow out" to the side if used too close to an edge.

At first glance the results are impressive.

How big is the driveway, and how much did it cost for the repairs?

Was any thought placed onto the topic of what caused this failure in the first place? The failed slab is just a symptom. Was the grade not properly compacted? Or did the builder use the driveway area as a trashpit which he covered with concrete? Or is there excessive quantities of water draining below the slab and washing out its base?

Was it a cement product? Some are advertising using a foam product in this area.
