Toyota FJ40 Tool Caddy/ Assistent/ Trolley

Did the larger fixed wheels have a white plastic bushing in the center? I recently bought what is think is a newer version, where the words "CADDY" were not pressed in the metal and instead a sticker was used. My stickers are gone. The black plastic knobs at the end of the poles looks to be the same.

I don't recall plastic bushings used on the wheels.
