Puller ID

I just bought a group of pullers off evil bay which included one special purpose looking one that I am unsure of what it is for. I got nowhere with a 'net search.
Anybody out there know?

Well googling that part # and puller takes you to a "Royal CNC Bar Puller". Maybe it's part of that.

I believe the part in the first pic attaches to to the bearing spliter in the second pic to pull small bearings?

Or could be a flux capacitor recycler. I'm not a mechanic, I just play one on weekends.

Nope, the splitter is just in the pic. The two are not a pair.
