Well, I thought I would share my new garage build with everyone. It is a 26' x 30' 14' high ceiling, 2 bay garage that will be integrated into the shed beside it. The pad is poured and now just waiting on the builder to start his part. :)

So, we are going to remove the roof on the shed now and turn the rafters 90° so the roof line runs smoothly from left to right. Here is a drawing that I did showing the county and the builder what I was thinking.

That will be nice...I just added a 12x24 shelter to my 24x24 shop.. here is the shop..don’t worry,it’s anchored down real good, it won’t fall.

Nice plan! I especially like how you're integrating that shed into the build with the roof over both doors. nothing worse than standing in the rain trying to unlock a door.

I can't wait to see how it turns out!

Thanks! It took me a while to figure out how I wanted it to go. I'm not in a subdivision but I have them on all sides of me. I wanted to make it match the house so it didn't stick out like a sore thumb. :)
