Revolution Lift Adapters?

I have a Revolution RTP9 two post with the 6 in truck adapters, the lift arms barely fit under the front frame on my car and the back has roughly 2 inches before it makes contact.

I was looking for some of the screw type lift plates to cover the distance in the back instead of using wood blocks every time. Something like the below but that will fit the revolution (1.5 in diameter for the lift arms)

Anyone out there with a revolution find something that works for them?

From where did you find the adapters pictured above?

Just googling around, looks like there are plenty of adapters in the 2in size but finding them in 1.5 is tricky. A buddy said he could toss some stock on his lathe and make some custom for my application so I think I'll go that route as I found some that fit on Amazon...for close to 400$ I'll just use blocks of wood for that price.

I have a Rotary lift that I made taller adapters to fit my Model A. Before that I used several 2x4's to fill the gap. Now I'm going to make another set for a different car.
