Your driver has pearl blue on his truck? Wow. Our SO laughs at me when I ask about pearl blue. I love it. I wish I had bought the ratchet set when it first came out in the earlier 90's. I think there was a pry bar set in pearl blue too. I recently bought the screwdriver set and the SO acted like that was a miracle to get those. Maybe it's the geographic location? I'm in northern Illinois.

I hear ya, my pearl blue screw drivers are in the house and only see very light duty use!

I almost bought the ratcheting screwdriver last night when I searched for it after seeing the OP last night. I just don't have the funds right now.

My driver said they were part of a colored hard handle "lot" he had to buy at the convention. It included a certain quantity of ratcheting screwdrivers, ratchets, and screwdriver sets. I'm guessing not every driver bought it.

Mine has some as well. A while back I asked him if the blue hard handles were available, he checks and says they are. I ordered one, it arrives and it was pearl blue, not the dark blue. I guess I should have gotten specific. He says the blue tools are available only around father's day, except I haven't seen them available for a long time. I have a ratchet and a couple dark blue adjustables, but that is it.

It shows black when you bring it up,but when you click on the "Specs" it lists it as Pearl Blue.

My local driver had yellow, teal and blue all were beautiful, $50 new and yes I did see these being sold for $125 as well , guess not every truck got them .

Funny I bought the Pearl driver set and the driver gave me the ratcheting driver and a pocket knife for free
