Picked up the smaller Knipex 8” hose clamp pliers and cutters from Chad’s Toolbox. The hose clamp pliers are just the smaller version of the 250’s or 10”.

Do you have both the 10" and 8" hose clamp? If so, do you have any opinion between the 2 size?

It was $22.18 from Amazon. The ergonomic long nose were $12.50, also from Amazon.

Thanks, I heard they are clearance at Lowes but I could not find any locally.

ACDelco ARW1201 $125.00 with 2 batteries on Amazon, cheaper that the HF clone
Let us know how well it works. I've heard so many mixed reviews, on the M12 cordless ratchet, I bought one and returned it so I could mull over the AcDelco. Have had it in my Amazon cart, three times now but can't decide if I should pull the trigger or not.

The delivery men brought some new goodies today. Sunex 43 piece 1/2" metric and SAE master impact socket sets. A set of Bondhas long metric hex keys for the car. Had another set ordered for the motorcycle tank bag but the package arrived empty. Amazon issued a credit immediately. Also picked up a set of the Irwin Ergo pliers, and last but not least, the Power Probe *@#$PPROKIT01. I've been wanting one for a couple of years. 0a5e461ac8f0a6ba8a848729e9077b71.jpg2e14e2bea2ff5f89347663ee5b6a0ece.jpga718d170e956bea5cd128bf7a226559a.jpge4988023ae2adc9994a1800ca8d8cb94.jpg

zendigital,
I can only trust Fluke DMMs in my line of work, but that Snap-On EEDM525E-MC Digital Multimeter (in Desert Sand no less) has a super cool display. I'm going to have to reconsider.

Yes, I have had the 10" for a while but after seeing FedWrench post up the 8" version the other day I realized there are a few places where the smaller pair would have been a better choice. Most of the time the 10" ones work perfectly but again, there are a few times when they are just a tad on the large size and could see where the smaller ones would be beneficial.

Thanks FedWrench, more money I had to spend. And yes, Chad's Toolbox was great to deal with and very fast shipping.

They have issues man. Our school had a whole bunch this year, they all got sent back and replaced with Flukes.

So recently I bought these Klein Wire Strippers. They cut great, but they don't have a locking mechanism to keep them closed. I just picked up these new Heavy Duty Wire Strippers.!!so nice!

Have you tried the caliper kit yet? How is it? I’ve never seen a kit like that but it looks like it would be an awesome kit to have

I bought a box lot last Christmas on CL and I finally converted this victor edge setup over to fit a B tank for my big cart. For heating up bolt and such.

Gearwrench stubby torx bits. Already used to replace seat belt buckles between the seat and b pillar where a regular torx socket was too long. Works great, but the tray is cheap thin plastic.

Steelman Pro spark plug boot cutters. If the boots tear off the spark plugs that are installed deep in the head, it can be a pain to pick out the remains enough to get a socket on the plug. This should grind the boot down quick. They feel like high quality including the case. Can't wait to try on a 3.5L Ecoboost with over 100,000 miles on the original plugs.

Who knows?
Doggone you man.

I have needed a set of stubby bits like that for a while now. I would have ordered the same set you bought, but they also offer a master set that includes hex, Phillips, flat head, and triple square bits too. Those spark plug boot cutters look pretty slick too man.

Congrats on the new tools.
