Flood light/Security light suggestions?

Looking for a light that will light up as much area as possible. Light will be on a switch so it doesn't have to be dusk to dawn or motion activated. I want to get the light out from the building as far as possible. I thought about mounting it up high on the gable and the ground behind the garage drops off so it would help on lighting up the area some.

Any suggestions?

Biggest one I've seen 190w/19,106 lumens. Mount it high and it'll do the job.
Good luck,

You're definitely gonna want something besides the normal security and flood lights. They are designed to light the perimeter of a building, not project out a long ways away from it. I'd tend to think something like the above listed light would work well if you're looking for projection rather than lighting close to the building.

Imagine we're a couple years from automated drones integrating into perimeter security for domestic applications. Motion detector signals drone(s) deployment with spot light and video feed back to residence for live viewing and cloud storage.

How about a drone a patrol car could deploy while in pursuit- officer just tags/IDs the offender car by painting it with a laser (for example) then he drops pursuit.

Meanwhile drone will follow that car from above for as long as it takes...

Just let anybody with a shiny piece of tin command your car slow to 35 MPH. Or, require filing a driving plan with course and speed. If you deviate, your car writes its own ticket.

Too little information --

I have spot lights for security at one property .... but they are not suitable for an area with activities. I also have MV wide floods in my back yard with a pool that I can turn at the end of the night and clean up -- like a stadium.

Ticket?!

It just debits your account, no need for a ticket....government approved GPS maps have speed limits for each road segment, you go over- bing!
