Small up and coming tool companies?

Most bigger tool companies have been around for decades, and some over a century.

Anyone know of any promising small up and coming tool companies they would like to share?

Wera tools have been around Europe for a long time, but somewhat new here in the US. Thus far everything I have seen from them is very innovative and very high quality. Wera Kraftform screwdrivers are the best screwdrivers I have ever used. I like them over any and all other makes of screwdrivers, regardless of price or the name on the screwdriver. While not perfect, they're outstanding.

my Wera's havn't held up as much as I had hoped (still leaps and bounds better than Craftsman or any asian import)..

my Wiha's on the other hand are my absolute favorite's.

my Wiha's on the other hand are my absolute favorite's.

I second the Wera and Wiha, although they were founded in 1936 and 1939, respectively. I guess they're still "new" to most US consumers. Don't forget Felo, founded in 1950, but also "newer" to the US market.

For Toyota cartridge filters, I have their filter wrench, Toyota oil funnel and the drain tool. So far they're great.

There are a bunch of smaller mostly specialty tools companies out there but just can't think of them off the top of my head. Not really sure if they are up and coming or been around for a while but they are smaller tool companies. I now cal-van tools has some neat stuff, assenmacher, innovative of america, waekon, ullman, schley, vim, sir tools, steck, steelman, and many more. Each seem to have a couple specialty tools that are really neat. Lots of the tool trucks rebrand some of their tools.
