Maybe I just dont get it, but wouldnt it be funner and cheaper to build your own charging station? It seems like it would be very easy to build. I have a ton of tools so I am always looking for something I can build myself rather than buy premade from china. Just my 2 cents.

I just keep changing store locations on the "check other locations" button. Only takes a couple of minutes of searching to find it in your general area or not find it... Its tedious but eventually you'll find a system that works.

So now I find that shipping is unavailable on some of these deals, and I'm not driving from NY to MN to save a few bucks

You can also use brickseek.com to search and show prices at various lowes in a zip code. The item # you use for the search is in the URL, not the lowes ones on the page itself.

Pricing has no rhyme or reason... There's like 5 or 6 lowes around me, sometimes one will have something at $2.99 while another store has it at $39.99...

Depends on how people value their time...When you have three kids, full time job, family, etc...and you get a couple hours in the garage a month, if your lucky, would you spend all your time on this or turn wrenches on your sweet ride so you can actually drive it in this decade?

Only a small amount of stores will do parcel shipping. There were a couple stores posted earlier in this thread but they sold out quick. Have to just keep trying stores if you *really* want one. Parcel shipping depends on the store & the particular item.

Keep logging in at odd hours throughout the day. Sometimes shipping becomes available. No joke. It worked for me, and they are great.

Eventually, this wont work as the inventory will disappear, but worth a try for a few days.

And you dont need to change the store for the shipping option. Only the pick up.

My orders were cancelled sometime last night. One was instant the other day, the others last night. Booo. I'm more mad they sent the coupon filler item I didn't really want/need. I would have liked to have received some kind of communication before sending 1/5 of an order.

Oh, yeah, another Lowe's story. So I bought a planter that was on sale, with a coupon. They said we don't have it, would you like us to cancel the order or send you this identical item with a different sku. I said just send the identical item, thanks. They said great! No problem.

Then they charged my credit card for the full price of the other item, which was like 3x as much, and no coupon.

IIRC, you used to be able to place an order for pickup then call the store and give them your CC info and pay a few extra bucks to have them ship it (if they were willing). I did this several years ago with some Irwin/NWS dykes. I haven't seen anybody mention this recently, so it may have been a policy change.

That doesn't bother me, since 99% of the things I search there are out of stock, or I'm planning on going to the store right after finding the cheapest local location.

I use it more for Walmart than Lowes since I live in Bentonville and there are a bazillion walmarts around here...

when walmart blocks brickseek out of their API's then brickseek will put more focus on Lowes deals and like locusts brickseek premium members will buy all the deals at every lowes. You'll be lucky to find something 5% off.

I remain hopeful that the "deal finders" will stop using brickseek since it is against their interests. Without those that go find the deals, brickseek doesn't have data to sell and lazy resellers don't have a pre-packaged list of items to go buy up on clearance.

Lowe's has great prices on 3 things I'm tracking. Here's one-

Normally $12.99 I think, this was $3.99 until a couple days ago when the price was reduced to $1.50 and $2 near me. I have small cracks in my cinder block wall, so I got a few. Seems a good deal if you need it.

I've spent too much time trying to find stores that will ship haha! Probably 3 hours worth of switching stores and finding prices from $29.99 to $1.99 but not a dang one offers shipping. Perhaps I was a day or two too late.

Does anyone know if Lowe's has a Price Check App (PCA) similar to what Home Depot has on the in-store computers?

Just wondering if there is a way to search by brand and clearance.

For the most part Lowes will not offer parcel shipping when the item is at a lower price. Full price items generally always have shipping available.

I just went to Lowes for a new set of door locks. While my wife shopped I found a small clearance section in the door lock isle.

There are four pairs of NWS/Irwin linesman plyers. They price matched them down to 10.74.

Earlier today I said I was watching 3 things that were already low priced. One was the mortar that I posted. Right after I posted about the mortar the other 2 things dropped by another 90%!

Lowe's has 2 LED headlamps on clearance, listed below. There was a Lowe's store near me that had both in stock. The first headlamp was about $7 with 10 in stock, and on lowes website. The 2nd headlamp was about $7, 14 in stock, but not on Lowe's website.

So a week ago I visited the Lowe's store to see if they were in stock I only found a display of the first headlamp, and there was only 4. It was very likely the rest were in the overhead bins they store flashlights in. I decided to wait since the price would just keep going lower since no one could buy them.

Today the first headlamp dropped to $1, and the 2nd headlamp to 50 cents I placed an order for the one headlamp on lowe's website. When I got to the store I went to the shelf, and they were literally taking them out of the overhead bins. So I asked the friendly Lowe's employee if he could look for the 50 cent LED headlamp that they were supposed to have 14 in stock. He looks through the bins, and found 8 of them I left without about a dozen total.

I should note that the 50 cent LED headlamp is listed as 215 lumens and not 210. I assume there are 2 products with the same UPC. The model, etc all matched except for the lumens, but it rang up 50 cents

Also note: I have seen these on display in the lumber and HVAC sections. So even if there's none of the shelf they could be in the overhead bins, or in a display somewhere in an aisle.

I found a great deal on some made-in-USA welded aluminum entryway ramps. These seem to be marketed for wheelchairs and scooters but they will work just as well for the garage or shed for motorcycles, lawnmowers, etc.
