I have 1150 sq ft of new concrete floor that I'd like to seal with a clear sealant that provides protection against chemicals (brake fluid), minor scratching, resist hot tire pick-up and leaves a glossy finish. Yes, I plan on waiting a minimum of 30 days after the concrete is poured to apply the sealant.
The concrete actually hasn't been poured yet, so I'm still in control of its final finish. Not currently considering a colored epoxy due to cost and the fact this will be a relatively busy residential garage with rolling jacks and equipment being moved around. If you have any products you can recommend and provide some testimony as to your experience with them, that would be awesome. Thanks for your time and opinions!

Why is that? Home Depot has Ghostshield 8510 for $78.10 a gallon.. what's it made out of.. unicorn piss?
