Order still processing for me as well. Two notes to customer service - no reply. Not emotionally attached to the ratchets, but customer service is pretty sh1tty.

I received the two ratchets and knife but the air ratchet I ordered along with them hasn't arrived yet. The only order listed on the website is for the air ratchet and that one is listed as completed. No response from customer service yet either. I didn't even get the canned email.

I got both of the gearwrench reversible wrench sets on time. I missed on the ratchets but there's always next time.

Got my ratchet set today, both are really nice ratchets. The knife will make a good beater to put in the toolbox.

Anyone know if the 1/4" ratchet is available? I wasn't able to find it and It would be nice to have the complete set, assuming my order gets shipped.

I've called these guys several times, sent 2 emails, and not only did I get no responses, and it take this long to show up but...no damned Ratchets!

Think I fixed it. It's just a photo of 1 socket and a receipt showing both items.


Update: Called again today, sat on hold for a couple minutes before the automated machine said "We are experienced technical difficulties and cannot answer your call, please try again later".

Worst...service...ever.

No. Your link doesn’t work. I put it in quotes so the forum doesn’t default it to a url link. I thought that would be understood but you can never be too clear on the internet.

I - - at least - - have to COPY the actual text of the link (thus the quotes) and then PASTE into the address bar of a separate window or tab

If I click the link directly from this forum I get a white page w a TINY box outlined in black at the top

It works fine for me. You added a quote into the link which was messing it up. I understand what you were trying to do but you hyperlinked the " in as well. :beer:

I got mine today. Nice ratchets. Head thinner than my snap on F80 but thicker than my Armstrong 11-994 in 3/8 drive.

Dealing with Napa is like pulling teeth. I emailed them and they replied that I could track my order from their website. I sent them a screenshot about what I could see. About 15 minutes later my ups app notified me of a delivery. I emailed them 10:19 my time. They are an HR behind, and the origin scan is listed as 9:30 pm. Í think someone just printed off a shipping label
