I have been trying to place a order all weekend but keep getting "internal server problem try again" in red. Anyone else have this problem?

Received my order from last week. My first order with SK but not first tools made by them and they let me down. Ordered a male 3/8 pipe plug socket but received a 9/16x1/2 flarenut wrench. Was counting on it too, need to pull the fill plug on the rear end of my truck. Oh well, I’m sure they will make it right.

Do you have an Ad blocker or script blocker installed in your browser? I get that when I forget to disable them.

Yes, thanks I also tried taking the computer off my DNS server and back to 8.8.8.8 but did not help. Also tried my phone work computer and my parents computer all got the same error.

No probs, maybe it's your internet security software or you have the pop up blocker enabled.

You could use a 3/8 extension in a pinch.

This is my biggest problem with the website...

AMAZON:
$54 SK 4524 4 Piece 3-Inch, 6-Inch, 8-Inch and 12-Inch 3/8-Inch Drive Wobble Extension Set

ZORO
$49 SOCKET EXTENSION SET, 3/8" DR, 3" - 12" L

SK WEBSITE:
$82 4 PIECE 3/8" DRIVE CHROME WOBBLE EXTENSION SET

Fine. It's retail. -40%, this set should cost about $50 from the SK site, which puts it at $60 shipped? I'm not against retail prices because it's the brand I trust and love. But their coupon isn't working for this... or for their x-frames... What is this coupon good for then?

Where's the enticement?

Turns out it was my credit card they did not like SK for some reason. It's weird because I joined the SK Club with the same credit card. I spoke with the bank the card is through and they're researching it.

I just ended up buying the tools I was going to get through a different vendor. Thanks Amazon for accepting my card now I got some more Wright tools. And HJE that has never let me down.
