My garage has a small overhang (about 42") where the asphalt driveway meets up with the concrete slab. Can I lay porcelain tile over that section of concrete and make it last? If not, does anyone have any other suggestions? I don't really want to remove the existing concrete, so whatever I do will have to be on top of the concrete that's there now.
The main issue I'm having with the concrete is that it's always dirty from tires, even though the garage floor somehow seems to stay clean. And also, I have a few hairline cracks in the concrete, but that doesn't seem to be an issue as long as they stay hairline cracks.
