Source for flanged round stock

Anybody know of a source for a flanged round stock that is solid and looks like this bushing? Need in in steel and solid without the hollow... making some acorn clamps...I don’t have a lathe and don’t want to spend a lot having them machined them from round stock

What size? I'm using bolts with the threads cut off for my fab table clamps. Buy them by the pound at tractor supply.
