most flexible, non kinking air hose?

I'm not in an industrial setting. I need to replace my air compressor hose. I'm currently using a plain ole orange PVC hose. In the winter time it gets pretty stiff. Also it likes to hold twists when wrapping it up around the handle of my horizontal compressor. What would be an ideal replacement type that will remain flexible when cold and not twist or kink up when this one goes?

All of them twist. It's unavoidable, but lessened with a hose reel.

HF Diablo hoses are great.

Stick with rubber, as you know PVC has many drawbacks.

I have SmartFlex hoses from Tractor Supply Company. The are Flexzilla knockoffs. I think I gave $25-30 each for them. I love them. Mine are purple with a bright green tracer. They will kink, but they stay flexible way down in the temps.

A hose reel helps, but so does coiling them correctly.

I find that high quality natural rubber hoses don't really kink up or twist. The "Flexzilla" hoses aren't too bad either.

Blu Bird seems to be nice hose. lightweight, kink resistant . modified rubber flexible when cold

Flexzilla (or Speedaire re-branded ones) work great & handle cold a lot better compared to others.

They do tend to melt/pinhole when subjected to welding/torch sparks. I never had an issue with that but have seen it happen to those not paying attention.

Flexilla is the king of air hoses, as far as I am concerned. I am converting all my air hoses to Flexilla and don't plan to buy anything else, as long as they are in business.

I've had good luck with the made in USA Goodyear hoses that Northern Tool carries. The 50 footers are always "on sale" for $19.99. With an easy to find $5 off a $15 purchase coupon, they are $15 out the door, in either red or black.

Harbor Freight used to carry these, but switched to the Chinese made Diablo a while back.

Another vote for flexzilla. I’ve been satisfied with all my flexzilla air hoses, extension cords and water hose. Even considering going for the pressure washer hose.

usa goodyear hear. have it on my cord real at home and its all we use at work. I guess I cant complain for the price,may try out this flexzilla for my powerwasher hose though

Mine has been working good, enough I haven't used my Senco hose as anything but an extension since I got it. doesn't freeze much here though, so I can't comment on that.

Tekton hybrid rubber, from amazon. It is made in the USA.

Flexeel is good, but a bit ***** with it's memory. The tekton is better at staying where I put it and not getting wrapped around everything.

Flexilla and with that color, you'll be able to find it easy.
