I honestly don't see the big deal. If somebody has the time or resources to find these deals, and then take there time and post them here for fellow garage journal members to save a buck while making a buck on there own I think it's a double win?

I may be way off base but GJ may get that same referral fee from people jumping from here to a Amazon link. IF that's the case, those $$$ help keep the lights on here and others may cut into the GJ $$$.

Correct, the GJ gets a referral fee for the link. There was someone who was banned because he was redirecting the links to capture the referral.

To me, It is a win win for us all as we get some deals and Ryan gets a little something to help offset the cost of the site.

That's good to know we are helping to support the site.

This thread has become my part of my morning coffee ritual. Of course, 90% of the stuff I want is gone by the time I see it Its still fun to look at.

Help me to understand how Amazon 70% listing works. If I try to filter on items with 70% or more discount most items that come up aren't 70% off their regular price??

i recall deciding it was not 70% off regular price, it was 70% off list price.


what i find more annoying is sorting by price, and having things not listed in correct order . . . .
