Hello and welcome to the GJ

Great to see that you almost live in your garage, I am sure that is the one thing that most of us dream off..

May I suggest you update your profile with your location as in future ( posts )you may find that helps. Specially given this is a very global forum.

As always, enjoy..

Regards

For your first assignment you need to crack open a beer and listen to Tom Waits do ol '55 on Youtube.

As for the beer, your not dealing w/ an amature in this category. Micro brewing started to take off in the late 80's. By 92 I became a certified judge director for the American Homebrewers Assoc.
Upped my brewing to 15 gal batches and three soda kegs in coverted fridge with taps on the door. Taught a lot of novice brewers, invited to brewfests in Telluride( room comped), directed judgings in Durango. all for being intense at a hobby.
Looking back should have quite my day job and committed to production brewing. Still drink the beers I brew.:beer2::beer2:

Welcome!
Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy!
I am also retired and spend about 16 hours a day in my shop.
