Hanging on concrete walls in basement?

This place should be able to help. Making my basement storage into a man cave, but I do not want to finish the walls (cost and aesthetics) but I need an easy way that does not include drilling into the foundation of affixing picture frames to the wall. So far my best idea is to just drop wire from the will plates, but maybe someone has a better/easier way.

Not sure if they are still made but they used to make some hangers for concrete wall. The back was a heavy plastic with three pins. You drove the pins in with a hammer.

You want to hang picture frames without putting a fastener into the wall....so you need to hang from above or support from below? Fishing line on each side of the picture frame is an option. Or you could hang a 1x6 plate rail down from floor framing with plumbers strapping...then hang your pictures from the rail.
