The flooring forum can get tiring with the endless pitching of products by floor vendors. It’s kind of bizarre in relation to the other forums considering I have never seen DeWalt and Milwaukee reps pitching which drill is superior on the tool forum. I just wanted to compliment you for mentioning a competitor in a kind way. Below is an example from a recent thread.

I notice you have done so on numerous threads. I’m not sure if I have ever seen one of the other floor product companies do so. This will play a large part in my purchasing decision whenever I finally decide to do my floor.

I went back to them because of Justin's followup E-Mail to my small initial order. To my surprise I received a 5% discount for being a re-peat customer. Ya gotta love a cmpany that cares. Brian McHale.

I just had a small order of about 280 Truelock HD arrive last week from Garage Flooring LLC. As many have said in other threads, the product is great. Even better is how Justin involved himself in my small purchase and did all he could to insure I was completely satisfied. I am very impressed.
