Perhaps if you are logged in. I have been testing this a bit today by scrapping their site for hours and I can tell you their bans are easily bypassed. I'll have a script ready soon that will source all items at or above 90% off of original price but trying to perfect it first.

Austinsec is correct. Be careful with your script. Too many rapid hits from one IP and/or too many orders of clearanced items can trigger banishment (by IP, name, phone, address, email).
Select Mold Armor products on clearance, ymmv.

No shipping is showing for you due to your area, but others may be able to get it shipped. It appears whether an item shows as shippable or not is based on stock in the local store it will ship from. That location shows as available for shipping for me, for example.
Wire often does not show for shipping out of the region because different brands are stocked in different regions.

When finding clearance wire, I wouldn't wait longer to get a better deal, as the companies will often buy back items before they drop too low. At least I've seen it around here with Southwire tools and wire.
Why shoot the horse? You know Home Depot changed and no longer shows sale prices on their website for a reason.

Also note that the 12/2 cable is not on clearance, just the 14/2 and 14/3. It's OK for wiring lights, but 14 gauge is too small for power tools and motors (NEC requires one size larger for motors), 12 gauge meets code for up to 20 A but 10 gauge will reduce voltage drop and motor heating.

No doubt, I have confirmed after about 500 queries they ban. Unsure of hits per minute but it's under 500 hits per minute to flag. As of now they seem to be a short term IP ban which is easily circumvented. Kneeman, and as far as that dead horse, the fact of the matter is others are doing just this already. Some are helping here, others are being hoarders and keeping everything to themselves. I'm new here but in my short time I've already seen this a few times. I've seen people miss out on deals because one person bought them all. In fact many are buying up things and just reselling them on amazon and ebay which I assumed was frowned upon on this board. I'm trying to find a way to have my queries come from different sources to prevent this but i'm still playing with it. If i get to the point where I feel it won't even the playing field or it will be easily detectable and throw up a red flag to the web admins over there it won't go out.
As an aside I wonder why this forum is so combative. People are ready to jump down your throat for not following the rules but in the next breath do the same thing. Each of these threads is full of OT (or slightly OT) posts and nary a word.. very hypocritical.
To all those who have PM'd me about the script. When it's ready I may just put it on github so people can modify the source code but I'll let you guys know.

The store is in NJ. This is pickup only at that one specific store. It won't benefit you or anyone else unless you are nearby and in NJ. It is not in my location. all the item numbers are there,
what more do you want??????Take the item numbers and do your own search.

TO change the topic. Many may already know this but a quick and dirty way to search for deals would be to enter in your browser something like site:lowes.com View Price In Cart and it will bring up items for sale which have no posted price. You can also do site:lowes.com save 30%, etc. This will work for any site as it just searches within that site. If you find any good lowes stuff please share with the rest of us in here.

May be common knowledge/rumor but an employee today said Irwin and Kobalt tools will soon be phased out and replaced w Craftsman. Assume nationwide, so may be something to watch for...

Want to thank you for posting the note on the Utilitech 1HP Pool Pump - not sure where your posting went, but I was able to get one of the pumps located in Maryland for $37.**, minus a $10 OFF $50 coupon (added a pair of wire strippers) for $27.**. Last time you posted the pumps I got one of $66, but had to travel 80+ miles to get it. This one is only 8 miles away, and at half the price.
